"We are repeat buyers because once you've found the right thing, you'd be crazy to gamble elsewhere, especially when it comes to buying a home. They delivered on everything they promised. In fact, the MonteVista team went above and beyond to take care of us."

The final product is so well made, I would definitely use MonteVista for any future home building and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

We purchased a Monte Vista home and were impressed with how smooth the process was, with good communication and a quality build. The team we worked with was excellent and answered many questions we had. We are glad we purchased our home through Monte Vista and are enjoying it very much.

We love our MonteVista house! Wonderful communication from beginning to almost our 1 year anniversary of buying our home. We couldn't be happier!

The overall work with Reed, was great. He was on top of everything and he tried to get us in, as quickly as he could.
