    BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE

Bend is in the high desert of Central Oregon which provides the highest number of sunny days in the state. There are an average of 158 days of abundant sunshine and clear skies with an additional 150 mostly sunny days. The few remaining days offer a wide array of mixed clouds, a bit of rain or snow and lots and lots of rainbows. This ample sunlight creates a brighter and warmer atmosphere, perfect for enjoying each day outdoors or just looking out the window to inspire the soul.

Bend is known for its friendly, welcoming and charming spirit. Don’t be surprised to be greeted with a smile, to engage in casual conversation at the grocery store, or to have the door opened for you. There is a strong sense of community in this town and residents ensure that Bend remains kind, good-natured and easygoing.

The overall work with Reed, was great. He was on top of everything and he tried to get us in, as quickly as he could.

There are galleries, on-site studios, events, and educational programming for Bend and Central Oregon.

Local music can be enjoyed at The Tower Theatre, the Les Schwab Amphitheater, and other intimate venues throughout town. During the summer, residents can enjoy outdoor live music nearly every night of the week! With a weekly ‘Munch & Music’ outdoor summer performances in Drake Park, to full blown outdoor concerts at the Les Schwab Amphitheater at the Old Mill.

I really love the open plan for the kitchen and a living room as well as a large size master bedroom and a bathroom!
