Talk about smooth sailing. We have heard so many horror stories from friends about their home buying experience. We had no problems at all. Not a single one! Everything that we changed or modified or upgraded was completed the way we wanted it.

The overall work with Reed, was great. He was on top of everything and he tried to get us in, as quickly as he could.

We had a wonderful experience with MonteVista through the home building process. During the entire process, we were living out of state in California. Although we were a state away, there was great communication, we never felt out of the loop and everyone at MonteVista made us feel like part of the process.

The home is beautiful I love the layout of the home very open and the island in the kitchen is a cool set up.
