  • Trim carpentry and paint
  • Cabinets, vanity tops, ceramic tile & counter install
  • Exterior finish & hard surface flooring install
  • Mechanical fixtures & utility connections install
  • Carpet, hardware, mirror & shower enclosures
  • Notice of Construction completion
  • Finish and Detailing
  • MonteVista Homes 250+ Point Quality Inspection
  • Managers walk-thru
  • Landscaping installed (weather permitting)
  • Certificate of Occupancy Issued by City
Step 4 - Moving In

Prepare for Closing

  • Secure Homeowners insurance
  • Verify that loan documents and requirements are complete
  • Schedule transfer of utilities

Home Owner Orientation Tour

  • Your sales counselor and builder formally introduce you to your new home.
  • This is our chance to orientate you to your new home.

Closing

  • Close with title company
  • Sign all papers
  • Once loan funds, go to sales office and pick up your keys!
